Emergency & Critical Care Resident

Dr. Simons earned her veterinary degree from the Ontario Veterinary College. Following graduation, she completed a small animal rotating internship where she fell in love with Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. She joined CUVS in 2021 to pursue a specialty residency. 

Dr. Simons enjoys critical thinking and the collaborative approach to emergency medicine. She is dedicated to providing the best care to her patients, including a focus on nutrition and analgesia. She also truly enjoys the bond she forms with her clients and patients.
