Emergency & Critical Care Resident

Dr. Palleti earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, she completed a rotating internship at a large multispecialty hospital in Los Angeles, CA, where she deepened her passion for emergency and critical care medicine. She joined CUVS' Emergency & Critical Care residency program in 2026 to pursue advanced specialty training in the field. 

Dr. Palleti's clinical interests include renal disease, toxicology, and electrolyte derangements. She is passionate about practicing thoughtful, high-quality medicine and providing compassionate care to critically ill patients and their families.
